Boozy Mango Sunset cocktail

A boozy mango sunset is a tantalizing fruity drink that will titillate your taste buds. This mango drink rates high on the refreshing scale and it is delightfully pleasing to the eyes.  Mangos are the worlds most popular fruit and if you are feeling really adventurous you can make a boozy smoothy by pureeing a fresh ripe mango and using it instead of the juice.  And if you want to get all wild and crazy you can make it into a popsicle without the vodka.

Ingredients for Boozy Mango Sunset cocktail:

  • 1 1/3 oz Vodka
  • 1 1/3 oz Cranberry juice
  • 2/3 oz Peach schnapps
  • 1 1/3 oz Mango juice
Preparation:
  1. Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cranberry juice.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add the vodka and mango juice.  Shake and strain into the chilled highball glass.
  3. Add the Peach Schnapps.
  4. Garnish with orange slice.
